Directorate Decree No. 254 of September 9, 2026, sets out how to handle the Waste Identification Form (FIR) when RENTRI functions are limited but the system remains active. Starting September 10, you may switch to a paper form solely for the specific FIR involved. You must include the required wording, keep a record of the malfunction, and submit the declaration via certified email (PEC) by the first working day following the resolution of the issue.
