The Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System
We have implemented an Integrated Management System for Quality and the Environment (SGQA) in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 standards. Our Quality and Environmental Policy serves as a framework for setting, monitoring, and evaluating company objectives, driving continuous improvement across all areas — management, operations, ethics, and sustainability.
Through this policy, we aim to foster a shared culture of quality and environmental responsibility, believing that true progress is achieved through the collective commitment and participation of everyone contributing to the life and growth of the company.
The Innovando Code of Ethics
Innovando’s Code of Ethics outlines the core principles and standards that guide the behavior of the company, its people, and its partners — fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability. Aligned with leading international practices in governance, anti-corruption, environmental protection, and human rights, Innovando is a proud participant of the United Nations Global Compact. Through this commitment, the company upholds the Ten Principles and actively supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), promoting a fair, inclusive, and sustainable global economy.
ORGANIZATIONAL MODEL 231
In addition to the Code of Ethics, Innovando has adopted the Organizational Model 231 as a coherent set of principles, procedures and provisions that influence all the company’s activities, both in its internal relations and in the way it relates to the outside world. This model guarantees compliance with the requirements of Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 regarding administrative liability and criminal law of legal persons
Whistleblowing
Following the entry into force of Legislative Decree 24/2023, which transposes EU Directive 2019/1937, Innovando has set up the ‘Whistleblowing’ procedure in order to implement the legislation using the dedicated platform.
