Innovando brings its circular economy ecosystem to the “Auto Europa 2026” event

Fiat Grande Panda has won the prestigious 40th “Auto Europa 2026” title. The victory was decided by the members of UIGA (Italian Union of Automotive Journalists), supported by the Popular Jury and a panel of Opinion Leaders. They first selected the winner from among twenty models launched on the market between September 1, 2024 and August 31, 2025, and then from the seven finalists showcased during the closing event, held on November 10–11 at the Milan headquarters of Bosch Italy, the institutional partner of the initiative. The other contenders included: Audi Q3, BMW X3, Dacia Bigster, Jeep Compass, Mercedes CLA and Renault 4 E-Tech.
The crystal trophy was presented by Maurizia Bagnato, Director of Innovation and Sales at Bosch Italy, who captured the essence of the initiative:
“Auto Europa is a cross-cutting award that highlights vehicles capable of bringing innovative content to every segment. In a complex and competitive moment, with new players and constantly evolving strategies, this year’s finalists represent the pinnacle of European technology and design. A demonstration of strength, vision and resilience for our industry.”
Innovando’s presence as an event sponsor reflects the company’s commitment to supporting initiatives that accelerate the technological and ecological transition of the automotive sector.

Representing Innovando was Marco Mazzarese (Head of Strategic Development), who stated:
“Our company operates as an integrated system of cutting-edge technological solutions for the circular economy.”
He continued: “We provide a platform of regulatory compliance services, developing innovative solutions that help companies transition toward a circular economy”—with a particular focus on EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility). “In the specific case of End-of-Life Tyres (ELTs), EPR requires manufacturers and importers to ensure the proper recovery and recycling of discarded tyres, guaranteeing traceability, transparency and sustainability throughout the process. EPR therefore encourages companies to design more recyclable products and adopt more sustainable manufacturing practices. We are here to support them.”
On the topic of innovation, Mazzarese added:
“Thanks to Rubber Conversion, the industrial and technological heart of our group, we have developed a patented rubber devulcanization technology that makes it possible to recycle tyres and other rubber waste with minimal environmental impact. This solution enables the reintegration of secondary raw materials into the production cycle while maintaining high performance levels.”
Gaetano Cesarano (President of UIGA) commented:
“It has once again been thrilling to lead this edition of Auto Europa, an award that highlights the excellence and innovation of our industry. Each finalist represents, in its own way, the future of mobility, with a blend of design, sustainability and technology that reflects the needs of a constantly evolving market. The winning vehicle, along with the other finalists, points to the trends that will shape Europe’s roads, offering a glimpse of a tomorrow in which technology and sustainability will increasingly go hand in hand. We are proud to help chart the course toward a more innovative and responsible mobility future. Finally, heartfelt thanks to all the journalists, opinion leaders and the popular jury for their assessments, to Bosch Italy for hosting the award ceremony, and to all the car manufacturers that made this edition so competitive and fascinating.”
