In several European countries, tire manufacturers and importers are held accountable by national regulations for the appropriate management, reporting and communication of end-of-life tire related activities. Innovando provides individual and collective solutions in Italy and, through its qualified network of partners, across all EU countries allowing for multiple management companies.
Through its Authorised Representative (AR) service, Innovando simplifies fulfilling B2C importers’ obligations. Once appointed as AR by the importer, Innovando acts and is responsible for on his behalf on matters relating to fulfilling of all national producer obligations, communication with the national register, provision of all relevant information, accepting prosecutions in the event of non-compliance.
